We love a good story. This one happens to be ours.
We're Camilo and Sarah Ganddini, partners in coffee and life, devoted to crafting exceptional coffee experiences. Our journey began in Guatemala, Camilo's homeland and where Sarah lived for many years. In Guatemala's vibrant coffee culture, we bonded over a shared love for adventure.
Exploring local coffee shops led to a profound appreciation for specialty coffee. We worked together as baristas, then eventually opened our own coffee shop together.
In 2022, we embarked on a new chapter in the United States, driven by the belief that, even with a broken compass, every direction is an opportunity for the next great adventure in the world of specialty coffee.
