High up at 1600-1800 meters, Luis’s 20-hectare farm is home to over 15 coffee varieties, with the standout being Pink Bourbon. This washed-process beauty bursts with notes of stone fruit, honeysuckle, and a hint of lemon drop candy in every sip.
We’re big fans of this one as a pour-over—it’s balanced and packed with flavor. And if you’re into espresso, grind it a touch finer for a shot that brings out every bit of that lighter roast magic.
