Perched at 1600-1800 meters above sea level, Luis's 20-hectare farm flaunts over 15 coffee varieties, including the exquisite Pink Bourbon. This washed process coffee spills notes of stone fruit, honeysuckle, and the delightful essence of lemon drop candy in every sip.
We especially love this one as a pour-over, for a balanced and flavorful cup. It's also great as espresso ground a bit finer to pull full flavor from the lighter roast.
