High up around 1,800 meters in Caldono, Cauca, Paola Trujillo and her family's Patio Bonito farm is producing some of the most expressive coffees we’ve tasted this year. This Pink Bourbon lot—carefully processed with a thermal shock and finished as a washed coffee—opens with bright, candy-like sweetness, layered florals, and a clean, tea-like finish.
Paola is part of a new generation of Colombian producers pushing the boundaries of quality and processing, and we’re especially honored to share this coffee as the first from a female producer in our lineup. Her attention to detail and passion for innovation show up clearly in every cup.
